My moms group/playgroup met at Chuck E Cheese for St. Patrick's Day.
Bryn and her friend Mia. They couldn't fit side by side so Mia crammed herself into the back.
Erin was a fan of the carousel
Bryn loves this horse that gallops. You're supposed to lean and steer it around a track. She pretty much just crashes into walls but loves to play it anyways.
All the kids. This was the best we could do; at least they're all in it!
Then a couple of us went across to McDonald's for .99 nugget Tuesday!

First Dentist
Bryn had her first real dentist appointment today. We tried about six months ago and it didn't go so hot. Her tush never even hit the chair before she started crying and didn't stop until she was safely back in her carseat. Today went MUCH better.
Excitedly sitting in the chair after the hygenist showed her all the tools.
Bryn let them scrape, polish, floss, and rinse without a wimper. I absolutely could not believe it!
Finished with her bag of goodies! She left with a Snow White tooth brush, an Eeyore one for Erin (so thoughtful of her), paste, floss, stickers, a yo-yo, and a little purse. Way better prizes than I ever remember getting at the dentist!

"I want my tummy to stick out"
Bryn and I were dreaming about summer together and all the fun things we would do. She was very concerned that she doesn't have a swimming suit so we looked at some online. We looked through a few and she announced that she wants one that her tummy sticks out. Ack! A two piece?! After I regained consciousness I figured there had to be a compromise there and we'd find something sufficient.
Later during a trip to Target I looked through the swim suits. Good gravy! Triangle top string bikini's in size 4 are just wrong! Thank God the "baby" sizes go up to 5t so I was able to find a much more age appropriate tummy sticking out suit.
The minute she saw it she started peeling her clothes off (it was a miracle she had clothes on in the first place). She got her suit on and ran to check herself out in the mirror and then strutted down the hall back to me like she was on a runway in Europe. Lord help me, when did my 3 year old turn 15.

Mommy slept in...
and got woken up to "Rach! I need some help in here!" coming from the bathroom.
I know Erin hadn't been awake even a half hour and daddy wasn't watching her very closely because he was getting ready for work. It looks like she helped herself to a birthday cake breakfast during her few minutes of unsupervised time. There was only one small piece of cake left but apparently blue frosting goes a long ways.
This is just what was left by the time I got in there. Her hands and shirt were covered as well. She's been absolutely hilarious all morning though thanks to all the sugar.

Spring is near!
We got to play outside today!!

There were "bids" up there!

Flinging sand was HILARIOUS! It didn't even phase her that it was stuck to every wet spot on her face. Ick!
Bryn was excited to visit her buddy Duane. He is the kindest, most friendly old man. He's always in the back yard tinkering and loves watching the girls play. I can't count how many times he's told us he's so happy we're his neighbors, especially since his grandbabies live four hours away.
Bryn made sure I got a picture of one of her tricks. Half the fun of the playhouse is hanging in that very spot.
Now I need to figure out how to get mud out of clothes and shoes!
Pick your punishment
Lately Bryn has taken up spitting when she's not happy with something. Not really spitting but making a thuuupptt with her tongue. I think this is her way around getting Sassy Soap for her sassy mouth. Anyways, after sending her her to her room for the tenth time for spitting I tried to make her pick her punishment. I asked her what her punishment should be if she spits again. She thought long and hard and decided soap is icky, spankings hurt, and she really didn't want to go into her room again. Finally she lets out a big sigh and says "fine, next time I spit you can count". Apparently me counting to three is punishment enough for spitting. Stinker!
