One last Christmas celebration

We celebrated Christmas with John's family tonight. We had fun and came home with lots of fun presents!

With the nasty blizzard we had not everyone could get to their loved ones for the holiday. Our friends family is in Luverne so they were going to spend Christmas day alone. No one should spend Christmas alone so we had a Christmas Eve sleepover!

First Christmas Program

Bryn had her very first Christmas program last night and boy, was she excited! I wish she would have humored me and let me take a picture of her though. Stinker wouldn't even look as she passed when she walked out!

Today was the annual baking of the birthday cake for Jesus! So much fun every single year!

Wedding Dance

My second cousin, Jessica, got married yesterday and we sure had fun!

Bryn chose Great Uncle Lynn to dance for the Snowball dance. I'm not sure who had more fun!

Missing Tooth!

We just noticed this afternoon that Bryn had a loose tooth - a VERY loose tooth. She messed and wiggled it all evening. When she was overtired and getting ready for bed she came to my lap with tears in her eyes; "mommy, I don't want my tooth to fall out. I didn't try to make it loose, it just got loo...". And there it came, right out on the tip of her tongue. Her tears turned to excited, nervous giggles and many phone calls needed to be made.
She really wanted to be able to show everyone her tooth but she also really wanted whatever the tooth fairy was bringing. So we decided to write her a note to see if she'd leave it ;)

A whole dollar! There was even some fairy dust sprinkled in her room that the tooth fairy must have left behind!
